In 2005, Chocolate Fest V evolved into a fundraising event designed to raise money for the Louisville AIDS Walk. That year, $2,500 was donated and now over $50,000 is given annually to support the cause. Invited guests are asked to conjure up and prepare chocolate delights to tasty hors d’oeuvres. If one is not a chef, they are welcome to bring a bottle of wine or vodka.

The fundraising effort is fun and painless. Guests are asked to consider making a tax-deductible investment in the Walk at the door. In addition, guest have an opportunity to participate in a silent auction that covers vacation packages, airline tickets, art, theater tickets, restaurants, beauty aids, and many more unique and desirable merchandise or services.
